Salad: Local baby leaf spinach in a bacon vinaigrette with spiced walnuts and aged goat cheese crumbles.
Entree: Ginger soy marinated flat iron steak with garlic bok choy and steamed jasmine rice.
Dessert: Chocolate viennese cake with raspberries, vanilla bean whipped cream and chocolate ganache.
One bottle of red and one bottle of white wine will be at each table, cash bar available.
